How to Make Waffle Cake
Step by step instructions for the most perfect dessert.

- Beat the Dulce de leche and butter in a high-speed bowl for 3 minutes.

2. Take each wafer and generously spread the cream mixture on top, being sure to get the sides. Keep stacking until you have three cake layers; repeat with the following three layers.

3. Cover the cake tightly in plastic wrap and place a cutting board on top. Add something heavy onto the cutting board.

4. Cut the cake into squares or rectangles and serve!

- 1 stick unsalted butter
Instructions
