Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh salmon fillets
  • 1 lb large shrimp, uncooked
  • 3 Tbsp oil (olive or canola)
  • 1/2 lb asparagus
  • 1 large lemon, sliced
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, sliced

Seasoning-

  • 1 ½ tsp ground paprika
  • 2 tsp table salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Devein shrimp and remove the tail, if desired. Trim ends of asparagus.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Combine all ingredients for the seasoning.
  • Cut salmon into four or five equal parts.
  • Arrange salmon and asparagus on a large baking sheet. Season salmon and asparagus (there will be leftover seasoning). Add lemon and butter slices to salmon and on the asparagus. Drizzle with oil. Bake 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, season shrimp and toss to coat.
  • Add shrimp to baking sheet, spread out evenly. Add leftover butter and lemon over shrimp. Return to oven. Bake another 7-9 minutes, until shrimp and salmon are fully cooked.
  • Pour the butter juices over the salmon, shrimp and asparagus.
  • Serve immediately.

    So incredibly easy and delicious! I’m ditching pan frying my salmons for a while! Lol. Everything is so flavorful with just these few simple ingredients. Trust me when I daybreak goes a longs a long way! For those who are wondering in ingredients about the garlic, it’s garlic powder. For 3/4 teaspoon salt, it is converted to 1/2 teaspoon + 1/4 teaspoon. Enjoy!!!!

      I was on 21 day fix and I would say that 1 piece of salmon depending how large you cut it but maybe about 4-6 oz will be 1 red container and you can maybe do 6-8 asparagus spears (depending how large they are) as 1 green container.

    Made this for lunch today. It was really good ? the kids loved it too. Will be a regular dish from now on. We eat salmon and shrimp all the time. Husband is not a big fan of asparagus, the kiddos didn’t want to eat it cuz daddy doesn’t eat it, but I made them try just one piece each. And the next thing I know they’re reaching for more asparagus ? thank you again!
