Cucumber sandwiches make the perfect simple and delicious tea sandwich. They are perfect for a picnic or afternoon tea. Herb cream cheese is smeared on baguette slices, but the key is the thinly sliced cucumber, which makes for the perfect crunch.

Sandwiches are the perfect meal to prep for a day out in the sun. We love our club sandwich recipe and our turkey bacon grilled cheese, but this cucumber sandwich is the easiest of them all!

This open-faced cucumber sandwich is the perfect easy recipe that only requires a few ingredients. The creamy herb spread is so flavorful on the soft white baguette. The crisp cucumbers are layered on top of each other and lightly seasoned.

We love open-faced sandwiches! They are perfect to have flavor in every bite while not getting too full on bread. Our chicken mushroom canape is the perfect baked cheesy sandwich and our avocado shrimp canape is always a crowd pleaser!
