Also do you use original soy sauce or reduced sodium one ? thank you!

    • Valentina's Corner 01/15/2020, 8:44 pm Link Reply

Good question, Jessica. We used original soy sauce, though reduced-sodium will work great as well. I hope you love the fried rice.

Would toasted sesame oil work for this recipe? Thanks

    • Valentina's Corner 01/14/2020, 9:13 am Link Reply

Yes, that will work just fine. Though the sesame does give flavor, it can be left out completely as well.

I’m curious as to how this is meant to be a keto recipe, when keto clearly states no rice or carrots?

Hi, Joanna. 🙂 I’m not sure where you go the idea that this was a keto recipe. We don’t have that listed anywhere?

Hello! I’m looking forward to trying this dish. My daughter loves chicken fried rice I know she will be excited to try it. One question. In the instructions it reads “In a casserole dish combine the rice and 3 cups water. Cook at 400F for 25-30 minutes (rice is ready when fluffy). Fluff rice, set aside to cool.” Does this mean you bake it?

    • admin 07/17/2018, 3:28 pm Link Reply

I’m so sorry for the confusing wording, I’ll fix that as soon as I’ll get home. Yes, you bake it 20-30 minutes and it’s ready when water has evaporated and rice fluffy. 🙂 Thank you for visiting, Victoria. I hope you love the recipe as much as I did.
