Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz bacon cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup colby jack cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325℉.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and whisk again.
