Ingredients

chicken nuggets

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp mayo
  • 1 Tbsp water

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic, black pepper, salt, mayo, and water.
  • Shape 12 even sized nuggets out of the ground chicken mixture. In a seperate bowl add the crushed panko crumbs and coat each nugget on all sides.
  • In a deep skillet, add oil for frying (about 1-inch deep). Once oil is hot, add the chicken nuggets into the skillet (work in batces if needed).
    Cook the nuggets about 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking (until all sides are crispy and golden).
  • Remove from skillet and serve with desired sides and condiments.
  • Enjoy.
