Will this work with bone-in chicken thighs? I am new to cooking and don’t know much about chicken but this looks easy enough for me to master!

This is an extremely easy recipe and it will definitely work with bone-in thighs. You want to bake them 10-15 minutes longer, depending on the size of the thighs.

If I have chicken thighs that have the skin on them.. Can I leave it on or do I have to take it off?? Please answer ASAP I want to make them now they look so good!

    • Valentina's Corner 05/03/2019, 1:15 pm Link Reply

If your family likes the skin, yes, you can keep it on, Natalie. You’ll just need a little longer for them to get crispy. Many have baked these with the skin and LOVED the thighs. (P.S. I’d LOVE your feedback:-)…).

This looks delicious. Has anyone tried to make it as a one pot dish by adding potatoes and carrots or another vegetable? I will try it tonight!

    • Valentina's Corner 01/31/2019, 4:48 pm Link Reply

Elaine, you definitely may! Either use half of the chicken and keep the remaining ingredients so you can season the potatoes and carrots. Or double the mayo and seasoning portion and season the potatoes. Quarter the potatoes and carrots. ENJOY!

  • Leslie 01/28/2019, 8:33 pm Link Reply

Easy, juicy, delicious and was surprised at just how tasty it was without a lot of ingredients. The garlic is a must and baking instead of pan frying the chicken first insured no burnt garlic. I did not broil as it was perfectly browned without doing so.

I have everything except the minced garlic. Will that make or break the receipe?

    • Valentina's Corner 01/10/2019, 5:28 pm Link Reply

You can substitute for powdered garlic, if you have it. If not, add a little bit of your favorite seasoning. The garlic does impact the recipe. Enjoy!

  • Brittany 01/08/2019, 7:15 pm Link Reply

Hi! Have you ever tried pan searing and then finishing it off in the over? I love the crispy taste but wondering if it would work with the mayo. Thank You! Great recipe.

    • Valentina's Corner 01/10/2019, 12:49 pm Link Reply

That will work great, Brittany. Enjoy.
