- 2 Tbsp oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 4 sandwich buns

- 4 slices of American cheese
- 1/4 red onion sliced
- 4-6 tomato slices
- 1 pickle sliced
Instructions
- To a bowl add all of the ingredients for the chicken marinade. Add the chicken into the marinade and store in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
- When you are ready to cook, remove the chicken from the fridge and allow it to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Heat the grill to 400°F and place the chicken on the grill.
- Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on both sides or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and rest for 5 minutes.
- While the chicken cooks, prepare the toppings.
- To your buns, add your favorite condiments. We love to add mayo, ketchup, and mustard.
