- ¾ tsp ground paprika
- 1 lb boneless pork chops 4 pork chops
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp canola oil or olive oil

- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter room temp
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp fresh cilantro or parsley finely chopped
Instructions

- Use a meat mallet to beat each pork chop to a thin and even thickness.
- Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 Tbsp of oil, and add the pork chops once hot.

- Mix butter, salt, garlic, and cilantro in a small bowl.
