We love making our own fries. Whether we are making steak fries, parmesan truffle fries, or even our oven-baked french fries, it’s always a special treat.

A plate of baked steak fries topped with fresh parsley, next to bowl of ketchup.

For this steak fries recipe, russet potatoes are cut into thick wedges and seasoned with an iconic steak seasoning. Then, we bake the wedges until they are brown and crisp. These fries are irresistible and make for the perfect easy side dish to a simple lunch like our buffalo chicken wrap.

Serve alongside ketchup and a variety of homemade dips and sauces. Our favorite dipping sauce has to be our garlic aioli dip and of course the classic chick-fil-a sauce.
