Do you set it aside in the fridge or on the counter. Just learning. Lol.

    • Valentina's Corner 11/09/2018, 3:40 pm Link Reply

Christina, if you have time to for it to marinade for several hours, the fridge is where it needs to go. 🙂 If you’re pushed for time, leave it on the counter for a 1/2 an hour. It will marinade and penetrate into the meat quicker at room temp.
I hope you love the dish.:)

Tried this recipe for dinner tonight, but used whole chicken legs with skin on. Was easy to make and super delicious! The chicken meat was so tender and practically falling off the bone. So flavourful too. Loved it. Thanks ?

I followed the recipe with thighs last week and we LOOOOVED it, but all I have on hand today is breast’s. Wondering if anyone tried this with chicken breasts??

    • admin 07/31/2018, 1:41 pm Link Reply

You can do chicken breast, however, you’d need to bake it less as chicken breast bakes much quicker and you don’t want it to dry out. I cannot give you a baking time as it will depend on the thickness of the breast.
Thanks for the feedback, Melisa. 🙂 🙂

Hello. Thanks for sharing this recipe. Sounds so good. My only concern is I have some picky eaters on my hands. Some do not like Mayo. I have snuck stuff in recipes before that they don’t typically like without them noticing. Can I get away with that for this one? Or do you really really taste the mayo?

    Thanks for any help.
    Lauren

      Hi there Lauren,
If you didn’t know mayo was a part of the recipe, you’d never taste it. 🙂 Hope you and your picky eaters LOVE the dish. 🙂 Blessings.

    Hi,
This looks delicious! This may be a silly question but, If I use bone in and skin on thighs, would I still need to cover while baking?

    • admin 12/04/2017, 6:17 pm Link Reply

      Hi Michelle,
You shouldn’t have to unless it’s a really large thigh. The internal temp reading should be 165F. If you notice about 15 minutes until the end of cooking that the chicken just doesn’t look ready, you can finish it off by covering it until chicken is fully cooked. Then, remove foil to finish off the crunchiness of the chicken. 🙂 Hope that helps. Enjoy, it’s a wonderful dish.

Wondering how it gets crunchy without the skin on it. I have mine in the oven right now.

I hope you love it, Joyce:)
