The combination of ingredients in this panini is amazing. Sauteed chicken with bacon, avocado slices, tomatoes and cheese with a delicious chipotle spread. It’s a great way to prepare a fancy sandwich from the comfort of home.

I love to cook this panini in my panini press. The bread is so crunchy and crispy grilled in the panini, we use it all the time for sandwiches. If you don’t have one, just toast the sandwich on a buttered skillet. Cook over medium heat so the cheese melts but doesn’t burn, flip once.

chipotle sauce-

This chipotle sauce is just amazing. It has a bit of a kick to it but adds so much flavor to the panini. If you don’t like really spicy sauces, add less Sriracha or to taste.

what kind of chicken can I use?

I cooked fresh chicken breast in this recipe. However, you can use leftover Rotisserie chicken, leftover chicken or canned chicken as well.

Hi, Jessica, you can use any good quality Italian bread or any white bread that isn’t too thin. 🙂 Hope you love it as much as we did.
